Er… A Two Wheeled CAR?!?
Well, two plus the balance wheels.
And no, this does not appear to be an April Fools joke - at least not an intentional one (the court’s still out on whether this is a joke or not in terms of marketing and usefulness).
This… Thing is a combined project between GM and (of course) Segway to build a self-balanced, 2-wheeled, electric “car” capable of travelling at a sustained speed of 35mph for a distance of 35 miles before needing a recharge. !
I’d be a little concerned about how well this thing “rolls” and how far it flies when it’s impacted by a MAC truck… Or a Hummer… Or a Ford Fiesta!
Sure is a weird lookin’ little thing when it’s parked!
