IconFinder is a webapp with a simple purpose - it finds icons on the web that you’re free to use! You can select from a drop-down if you want to use it specifically in a commercial setting (and for most of the icons, that’s fine), or if you want all icons.

They index over a 100,000 icons currently, and there’s an option of browsing over 200 icon sets (which are very, very nice!).
